1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the application.

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You must not use our software in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, including any activity that violates South African law or IFRS accounting principles.

4. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Christo Lochenberg Developments and its licensors. Our software, custom logic, and templates may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Christo Lochenberg Developments, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Termination

Administrators reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
